Andy is the Chief Marketing Officer at Realty Plus, having joined the firm after an award-winning career as a Co-Founder and CCO at Miami production powerhouse Luminary Visuals, where he produced TV commercials, content, and notable ad campaigns for world-class brands. More recently, he served as Co-Founder and CCO at Meridian, a Compass partner and one of the most distinguished content studios in real estate.
Avelina Colon

Avelina has been a loan officer for over 25 years. Prior to her career in lending, she was in banking for over a decade, working with Resolution Trust Corp., the federal agency established during the Savings and Loan failure in the 1980’s to restructure and dissolve failing institutions. This financial background has helped her analyze borrowers’ needs from a unique and granular perspective, helping them select the best loan for their particular situation.
